In the case of a customer return, Swiss Madison accepts returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery if the product has not been installed and is still in its original packaging. The return policy period extends to a full refund of the product. This applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase will be required in the case of a claim.
If the product was purchased from one of the Swiss Madison’s licensed vendors, the customer may make a return through the vendor.
To make a return to Evesham Custom Kitchen & Bath, email: info@eveshamkitchenandbath.com with pictures and a description of the defect or issue. Once we approve the issue, please bring your items in person to the showroom located at 320 Evesboro-Medford Rd, Suite 102, Marlton NJ, 08053.
We will not process returns for buyer’s remorse.
